As was the case in previous editions, EFEX 2008 will be a 4 day event, opening on a Thursday and culminating in a full day show on Sunday. Exhibitors will be given an opportunity to set up and break down their exhibits one day before and one day after the event. A detailed overview of opening times follows.

- Thursday May 15 - 08:00 – 12:00 hours

- Sunday May 18 - 23:00 – 24:00 hours
- Monday May 19 - 08:00 – 17:00 hours

- Thursday May 15 - 20:00 – 23:00 hours (by invitation only)
- Happy Hour for business visitors
- Friday May 16 - 17:00 – 19:00 hours (by invitation only)
